But for Adam, no suitable helper was found. So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and then closed up the place with flesh.  Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. 

The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman,' for she was taken out of man."

Christ Lit Tabernacle's First Lady, Dr. Shonte' Frederick, is the wife of Pastor Dr. David Frederick, the Senior Pastor of Christ Lit Tabernacle in Garner, NC. She is the mother of 3 children and grandmother of 4. Lady Frederick is the daughter of Apostle Dr. H. F. Hemby Sr. and Pastor Dr. Mary J. Hemby of The First Biblican Church of Deliverance, Raleigh, NC.

She is a Worshiper, an ordained Evangelist in August 2013, and an Elder/Assistant Pastor in May 2021, who reaches out to people that are lost to help bring them into the marvelous light, by way of the gospel with the heart of an intercessor for the nations that they may be saved, delivered, and healed. She has traveled and sung with local and renowned artists throughout the U.S.

Dr. Shonte Frederick's educational studies are Doctorate of Christian Counseling, Master of Christian Counseling, Bachelor of Theology, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Services Administration, Associate of Science in Medical Office Administration and Business Management, and a Certified Medical Office Specialist. She is a Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society Member.

Dr. Shonte Frederick has worked in the Mental Health Field for 10 years and is the Owner and Executive Director of Frederick Services LLC, Frederick Cleaning Services LLC, and C.L.T. Juliet Rose (A Non-Profit Organization for preteens to young adult ladies). She sits as the Chairwoman of C.O.U.S Inc. and a Board Member of The Frederick Group LLC and Christ Lit Tabernacle. She is a part of the TCP Elite Female Pastors Fellowship Worldwide of The Brier Creek Country Club and The First Lady Organization of Durham, NC.

She has participated in various programs and projects in the community for the youth, such as the Special Olympics, Future Business Leaders of America, Governor's Page Program, and C.O.U.S. program. She is dedicated to helping people in need. Lady Frederick helped serve at the Homeless Shelter of Raleigh, N.C., Food Bank at FBCOD, The Cool Off for homeless with CLT Outreach Ministries, Able to Serve Inc., and the Hope Program of Garner Methodist Church of Garner, N.C.

Dr. Shonte' Frederick dedicates her heart, mind, and soul to the Lord Jesus Christ, her Family, and Ministry.
